Every Whim Return Policy
At Every Whim, we want you to love your purchase, but if it is not quite right, you have got 7 days to request an exchange or return.
Return Eligibility
- Ready-to-wear: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- “Sourced by Every Whim” : this applied to sold out or high in demand items, including Hermès, Chanel and Goyard products. They are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, this this will be specified at all times prior the customer purchase.
- Homewear Accessories , Fine and High Jewellery: returns policy applies as per the each of our partner brands’ discretion, this will be specified at all times prior the customer purchase.
- Haute Couture or Bespoke orders: are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, this will be specified at all times prior the customer purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@everywhim.co.uk to request a return authorization. Once authorized, carefully package your item/s and include a returns label which will be provided by Every Whim team.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at hello@everywhim.co.uk to request an exchange authorization. Every Whim team will then assist you with placing a new order for the desired item.
